Who we are
We hereby inform you that, starting from 1 July 2026, European Appliances Romania S.R.L will merge with Beko Romania (a Romanian joint-stock company with its registered office in Găești, Str. 13 Decembrie, nr. 210, jud. Dâmbovița), which, as the absorbing company, becomes, by operation of law, the controller of your personal data.
Your personal data remain protected, being managed by the new controller, Beko Romania, with the same care and responsibility as before, in full compliance with all applicable legal provisions regarding confidentiality and the processing of personal data. This change is purely legal, resulting from the merger by absorption process of companies within our Beko Group.
When we refer to “Beko”, “we” or “us”, we mean Beko Romania S.A. and its affiliated companies involved in the processing of your personal data. We are a member of Arçelik A.S. (corporate branded “Beko”). More information about Arçelik A.S. can be found here.
